Corsica- the Birthplace of Napoléon Bonaparte

My first large trip in France, and it was to an Island off in the Mediterranean. We spent an agreeable 3 days exploring the land that is a conglomerate of Italian and French culture and language. Their must have been endless tributes and statues to Monsieur Bonaparte.

5 trains, 2 ferries, 1 hostel = FUN EXPLORATION
